Hurdles of Eastern Schools Poetry
Eastern schools poetry which aims at awaking, unveiling and preserving the Culture and Heritage of Ghana through Poetry and Spoken word has already found "Men" who are pulling the dream down.
Atachie Richard Agbalenhrola a Junior High School graduate with so much Talent is the brain behind this initiative; being strike by gunners with so much discouraging words as well as backbiters in the realm of faking stories about him.
The reason for his disapproval in many cases which he declared to our media team is his level of Education as well as financial capital which seems to be the dreamlock behind his idea.
Espotry which is an abbreviation of Eastern Schools Poetry is said to be an outdoor event to be held at koforidua the capital of Eastern Region Ghana. Where he is convinced to put various Senior High Schools in the Region and prepare them in prospect of Poetry Recitals, Spoken word as well as Dramatic Poetry with categories of cultural dances to appeal to investors to invest in Creative writing in the Region.
Atachie Richard Agbalenhrola is already a Poet, Spoken word, Dramatist,Comedian, a songwriter, a Master Ceremony who expresses his view on the legal approval by the Government which Ghana Education service and Arts & Tourism Ministry fall under their wings.
He said it "it will give a phase and honor to my sponsorship request here in Eastern Region and beyond".
